1) unzip to a local drive
2) browse phpyellow/install/install.html in your web browser and follow the directions

HOW TO SETUP YOUR DIRECTORY

----------------------------------------------------------------------

After your directory is installed, the setup module helps you setup your directory preferences. 
Access this settings module by:


a) login to http://www.yourdomain.com/phpyellow/admin/adminLogin.php
     default adminuser: admin
     default adminpassword: admin

b) find the 'Setup' section and click on 'Edit Configuration'

c) make your selections

d) click the 'Submit' button
